So no one here can know what you consider "cosmetic issues". It could mean anything from deep gouges in the filon siding to discoloration of the roof material. Go check out other Travelaire units on the dealers lot and you can see what "normal" is. Was it acceptable to you when you took delivery? Or did you raise it as an issue then?
