I'm surprised that some of these numbers are so high for those who are retired. I'm seeing a lot who say 300 miles per day. When I retire my max will be about 300 per week. I may drive 50 or 100 miles, stay somewhere a day or two, and then move on. 300 miles in a day sounds like a job to me.
