Tripod on 5th wheel
I was wondering if those of you that use a tripod on the 5th wheel hitch to steady the camper what you think of them, does it work, is it worth the cost? Thanks.

I used to use a tripod, then I remade it into a bipod, and that worked much better. A couple of years ago I made and installed something similar to the JT Strongarms, and it works so good I don't carry the bipod anymore. I made something similar to the Waynes Stabilizer for the rear, mounted side to side. Our 5er doesn't move when I set it up properly, even in 50+ mph winds.
