It's not the outside shower. I believe I saw all three valves open when I accessed the hot water heater from inside the RV. Will check that tomorrow. It's new (2018) and they did winterize it. It will be going in for warranty work Wednesday anyway. Thanks for the suggestions, I'm told that the sensor could be bad too.
