TV Problems with our new Fuzion

Hello all!

We just upgraded from an Eagle Cap Truck Camper to a Fuzion 331 Chrome.
There is a few things that needs to be fixed by a dealer. But it will take about a month before they can get me in for the issues we are having.

The main thing is the TV. I get signal to the main TV in the "Living room" but no signal to the TV in the bed room or the garage area.

We have tried every possible way of switching the incoming coax cable, so I know for SURE that there is no way we have connected it wrong.
It makes me wonder if there is a switch somewhere that needs to be turned on in order to get power to the 2 TV's that does not work.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.
Bert
  • I would have thought that the dealer would have caught this on his PDI. Our dealer had every TV running when we showed up to get the trailer.

If you are going to try and watch cable TV the booster needs to be off. The booster is to be used when using the OTA antenna.

  • IF you can find a wiring diagram you will probably find a couple of splitters in the system. I had a similar problem and when the factory was plugging the various cables into the splitters they forgot a couple of connections.
  • Bert,

See if this thread helps you out. Discussion about a hidden booster button in a Fuzion 331, might help you too.
  • I don't recall any switch in my Fuzion being tied to that. Some thoughts though....

    Is the boost button on?
Have you gone into the menu options on the TV and ensured that the TV is set to pick up cable? Ours was set to the antennae in the garage when we bought it.

Not sure if either of them will help even if you haven't done them, but they were some thoughts.

You can also consider posting on the Keystone forums - many fuzions owners there and they've been a ton of help to me!
  • Do you know which cable comes from the bedroom area? Do you have a wiring diagram in your owners manual?
