I'm sorry, you're wrong on this. I would and did expect the fixes. Whether you agree to purchase or order an RV, like any other product, there is an implied warranty that the product is serviceable. That is why a good PDI should be done. Absent a PDI, if the buyer continues the purchase and drives away, it's on the purchaser to then fight to get the required repairs. It's a contract law thing, i.e., offer and acceptance. Bottom line is you don't have to accept (buy) a bad product. Now, you may have to fight to get a deposit back but in the end, the consumer usually wins that.
