It can be that bad. Like Ford trucks, people repeatedly by Montana 5th wheels time after time.
And a friend of ours has the Bighorn, I won't bother to list the issues they have had, but its bad. I have two items that I consider issues with my Montana, which is now nearly 11 years old. One is leaky hydraulic hoses, and I replaced them all, and graphics starting to get bad. Thats it. Some little things that pretty much occur on all of them, and fixed by me.
Oh!!, and 16 years with a Ford Superduty , once back to the dealer with the CPS recall. I regret buying this 2014 Ram that replaced that Ford, every time I have gone in for warranty work, and the SEVEN recalls I have had .
Good ,and bad in everything. I got a great Montana fifth wheel, and been to a couple Montana rallies, and lots of happy Montana owners , sure there are the unhappy ones. Go ask our friend what he thinks of the Bighorn, you will get an ear full. I just tell him he should of bought a Montana :)
