With a 2004 Montana you are going to need some assistance that the dealers can provide when things go wrong. You have now found the mysterious third grey tank handle. Other common but frustrating problems are "slides stopping when opening or closing", "toilet bowl won't hold water" and "decals are peeling". All of these issues, and may more, can be answered there.
