- ependydadExplorerWe love our washer/dryer. Our first rig would only fit a combo unit in the space pre-made for it. We went for a vented Splendide and loved it.
In the new toy hauler, we could have gone with stackables but still opted for the combo. It's nice to put a load in at night and have it come out washed + dried in the morning.
My wife used to say she liked going to the laundromat weekly to get it all done at once. Now we've had the washer/dryer for 2 years and just went to the laundromat this week (we weren't able to run laundry for a week and it had stacked up). I reminded her that she used to say she liked doing laundry all at once. She laughed and said, "that's what people without washer/dryers say."

- CampinghossExplorer IIWe had them in our Class A and have them in our fiver. Both the DW and myself use ours about every two days or so. When we get home the only laundry is our sheets and the clothes we wore home. Space is not a issue with our floorplan.
- Cummins12V98Explorer IIIThey are considered apartment size. Load size is actually fairly large.

Once you had them you won't go back. Same goes for a dishwasher.
Those appear full size & my 5W came setup for washer dryer. The draw back has always been the small size of the RV units. Full size might change my mind. - Cummins12V98Explorer III"Did you do some custom wiring to install them. You need 50A service in your RV to do what you are wanting to do. I run our AC units all the time with no concern for the washer of dryer.
The dryer was ordered 220V it has 10ga 30A wiring. The Bosch 220V washer we added is 20A. If we had a Bosch Dryer it would plug into the dryer outlet and then the 220V washer would plug into the dryer it's self. So I tapped into the 30A and added a 20A receptacle on top. Combined they are well under 30A draw so all is copacetic. - hone_eagleExplorerX2 ^^^

And how do you even only use 3 washers with towels, sheets, and two weeks worth of clothes. Would not be without our stackable units.
