Water hook up Solitude 369RL

Question

First day of first trip of the season and the water doesn't work. Water from the spigot works, water from the hose works, attach the hose to the trailer and no water in the trailer. On the water valve there are only two possible options, city water hook-up and normal. Neither one produces water in the trailer. What else could I be doing wrong?

Fill the tank and use the water pump.

Make certain all the levers on the water control panel are in the proper position for what you want to do. Rotate all the levers a few times as one may be stuck closed. Check the inlet screened washer for debris.

I’ve seen some nasty water damage from burst lines. X2...fill the tank and use the pump.

How many different water hose connection points fo you have? Don’t know about Solitudes but my Montana has 3; fresh water, winterize, and tank flush. And the labels on Montanas are not always clear as to which is which. Must connect to the fresh water port to get fresh water to the trailer.
