- LwiddisExplorer IIWhy wouldn’t you follow the RV and tire manufacturers’ guidelines?
- jkwilsonExplorer IIWhy not run them at the pressure the sticker on the trailer says to run them?
- freewayrandyExplorerGuess I will. Sticker says 110, just wondering why it left the factory at 90. Thanks.
- dbblsExplorerWho knows why the factory does what they do. I would be concerned that the delivery company ran them low and they may be damaged. I would talk this over with the dealer and if you have tire failure in the near future I would demand new tires all around.
- MFLNomad III would run them at 110. At least with the delivery tow, it would have been close to dry wt, so not quite as bad, as running low pressure with a load. Nice TH, hope you enjoy some fun times with it!
Jerry - freewayrandyExplorerThanks all. Now to get this new Norcold reefer to cool down!
- Community AlumniI run my Westlake G rated tires at 110 psi. They are on my 2018 Grand Design Solitude 379 FLS (14,000 lbs). I stay at 64-65 mph on the interstate. I know I can run faster with the G rated tires but I'm on vacation when travelling with the 5er so I'm in no rush.
