The Dexter EZ-Flex was the best thing I ever did for me and my toyhauler. It makes the ride soooooo much better. You don't even notice the bridge joints anymore.
Joe,
Please report back once you've tested it out on the road. I have the same all steel stock suspension on my '11 Voltage, and am looking at the EZ Flex and wet bolts.
Regarding chucking, are you running a rigid pin box and hitch? The first month I had our trailer (and same truck), it was a nightmare. Horrible chucking. Felt like the trailer was going to snap off the back of the truck on CA freeways. Since we are full timers, I splurged on a Trail Saver TS3 air hitch, along with air bags on the rear axle, and it solved 99% of the harshness issue, and 90% of the chucking. An air bag pin box would probably do much of what the air hitch does. I now watch the pin box constantly floating up and down on the hitch, and it's amazing how much it moves. Anyways, if the trailer suspension doesn't improve it as much as you want, you might look into adding air to the truck/pin/hitch in some combo.
