Did a round of "fixin", I seem to be needing more and more of that as the trailer ages (10+ years). Some repairs to Al. siding that came loose, not positive why. Stainless steel screws, washers, staples on the edge of a window and 40 year door/window caulk, a little white paint and it's done and looks good.
Also had to replace a stainless steel anchor that sheared on one side of the stairs, most likely from a washboard road. There was another hole there to use, so I did. No more flex in the steps. My local Ace hardware has all the stainless hardware that I have needed on hand.
