What does this symbol on the genny control panel mean?

Question

I looked through the owners manual and can not figure out what the circled symbol means. It blinks when the generator is running and is solid when the generator is off. This is on a Onan 5500.

Any insight is appreciated!

It looks like an hour glass. But the hours are already displayed on the screen. So I'm confused as to it's purpose.
