If the GCVWR (not GVWR) of your vehicle is 14175 then your combined weight (truck and trailer) should not exceed that. With a truck weight of 6062 your loaded trailer should weigh no more than 8113 lbs. With a normal loaded trailer of abt 1500 lbs of "stuff" added to your dry weight of 10,983 I would say your over by about 4300 lbs.
The truck can handle the hitch weight but the combined is way over.
