I figured the total trailer weight is 5,960 and 960 of that is tongue weight (max is 1,250). My truck with me, full water and the trailer weights 7,820 lbs (10,000 GVWR ) Looks like 2,180 for what ever else.

Your numbers look pretty good. There is a good conventional towing safety report at
