I would go back and try the scale again. Those numbers are nowhere close for the setup you described.
I have a F350 Diesel Crew Cab pulling a Crossroads 31' 5er.

Drive axle 6200
Trailer axle 7800
GVW 18,200
And that's with me, DW, daughter, and 2 grandkids. Fully loaded and headed out.
