42 gal on a modified bike rack takes two to get it on. In the back of the suzuki grand vitara if we are camping close to home.
I have no ladder and you gave me a good idea for next year. I usually put it in the back of the truck.
Thanks! - HvyhaulerExplorerBarker 42 gallon tank in the right front corner of my lwb dually strapped down & out of sight under the roll up bed cover when not towing the 5er.The removable handle stays in the front 5er compartment.
We use it quite often for gray water only. - stevewiseExplorerThanks for all the suggestions.:)
- HalmfamilyExplorerBehind the hitch and strapped down in the bed of the truck.
- shadows4Explorer IIII have a storage tote on the back of the 5er. Our Barker 22 gal sits on top of it strapped down. If we are going close I will just place it in the bathtub.

Ditto. - jjjExplorerBed of pickup locked. Between hitch and tailgate.
- B_O__PlentyExplorer IIHauled mine around standing on end in the front compartment of my fiver. Carried it for 4 years and used it once. Now it's someone elses problem to store.
B.O. - pcm1959ExplorerBarker 35 gallon in the forward basement compartment on end. Pleny of room. It is sealed off from the living area of the fiver so worries about odors even though it produces none with the valves and air vent closed.
I like having it for campgrounds without sewer hook-ups. Some have dump stations so close to the actual site I will go ahead and use it just to make the trip a little less restrictive with the water usage.
