Window shades

Just bought a 2016 Montana HC 305RL and am absolutely loving it. Had a slow rise shade bite the dust this morning. It seems the left side, brown plastic piece that catches the spring, broke. Got a call in for warranty work, but, was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if there is a repair kit. I'm sure this won't be the last time one of these breaks.

I have a 16 Cougar as well. I just got it back from the dealer Saturday for having a broken shade replaced among other stuff. Ironically on the way home a different shade ripped off the wall. Use the warranty and replace.

We have a 16 Cougar with the same shades. I haven't had any problems yet, but I could see how they could be a little weak. I'm guessing probably cheaper to replace rather than repair.
