We have an XLR Viper toy hauler and have been pleased with the design. XLR made changes to the unit we order such as changing the rear bed type from a Murphy bed to a happi-jac bed, moved the postion of the rear side door, and changed the window shades. I agree that the quality of service you get after the sale is very important.
