If you are a DIY kind of a person, check into the Cheap Heat System at rvcomfortsystems.com. I installed this system five years ago and my son is living in my camper fulltime and this system is worth the money. If you are going to venture out in your camper during the winter the cost of this system will save you in the long time. I filled my first tank of butane in five years from cooking, running my ice box and hot water tank. The cost of my installation Was a little over $600.00. Now the system is a little more in deman and the prices are coming down. You can't beat this system for heating the hole camper evenly and heating the under belly at the same time. I will say this over and over this is an investment you will love and make your live safer. I don't worry about winterizing my camper during the winter I keep the heater set at 50 degrees all winter long. Think about it spend $100.00 for a couple of electric portable heaters that may overload your camper wiring system and catch fires or having them in your feet all the time. What made my mind up was one outing we camped for a week and the temperature got in the low 20's and we went thru two bottles of propane. Good luck in your future and have a safe New Year !!!,
WELL worth it!!!
"WELL worth it!!!" ?????????..:@
IMO - Only rates a
"MAYBE" !!...:R
Suggest anyone considering the system watch (the mfgr - "Cheap Heat") videos on YouTube.
Several ambiguous claims for the benefits - and of course Cheap Heat isn't going to include any negatives.
The cost (see: "Can you install it yourself?") is also a major factor.
I'll pass, thanks, but your bucks, your decision.....
so whatever rings *your* chimes* is cool (or should I say "hot"?)..:C
