Closed on the house this morning. We are not official full timers. Been a while getting to this point.

- Yea that was a typo no reservations. No more lawn mowing, no pool cleaning no more painting. We will be staying in the area at a local park till spring. DW has to wind down her business. We will be traveling more during the rest of the year. In spring we will take off for the wandering life. Life is good and will be better when I get rid of some more of our junk.
- Ready for day 2
- I just finished fixing the side of the house where the sill rotted. It lasted since 1790 so I don't think I will have to do it again. The whole time I was repairing it I wondered why we came home this spring.
