what would reciprocity have to do with anything, once he moves to South Dakota his ccw in his old state is no good, he does not live there anymore so it is not a valid permit.
I appreciate all the responses of people trying to help me find an answer to my question, but you hit the nail on the head! I am fully aware of what reciprocity refers to as I already have a CCW permit. Unfortunately for my current dilemma (moving to a new state)reciprocity has nothing to do with my solution.
