We've found only a few RVParks don't make us pay extra for electricity on the monthly rate. Some are easily read with new digital meters, others are hidden or the old style revolving dial.
We pay anywhere from 10c-22c a kw. We just left NC and the first $100 was included in our monthly rent. Now in MN, and while the rate is $100 more, that includes all electric.
Last year in San Antonio, we actually got a copy of the bill with the annual usage on a graph. Some months we would use more than the previous occupant. Other months, we used much less.
