Warranties are not really a concern as with MOST manufacturers you're only talking about a one year warranty with a FEW offering two years. After that you have no warranty whether you fill time or not. You need, of course to find a good four season trailer and probably not a light weight one either. When living full time in an RV it's cargo carrying capacity is one of the more important aspects with most folks since they carry all you have instead of what you need for a week or a month. Beyond those two important items, I'd recommend you investigate the reliability of the brand first then once you find a good one, THEN you look at floor plans. For too many choose based only on the floor plan and regret it later. You can learn to love a less than favorite floor plan a lot easier than a trailer that has structural problems or components that constantly require repair.
