health insurance

It took Travel Insurance Consultants six months to find an excuse to refuse my medical claim but they finally found one. Spurious but having worked in the court system I know better than to pursue a civil claim. I am interested in using SkyMed. I have only ever read good things about them. Does anyone know of times they have refused service or charged extra? Lots of glowing reports on the web -- mostly from SkyMed!
