Ditto. As soon as I read the following in the site's Terms of Service, I opted out:
"You therefore agree to give Site (as providers of the Site), a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use any content that you upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site."
You may want to read the terms of service for this forum.
The Terms of Service are worse here:
By uploading User Content to any Public Forum or submitting any materials to us, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Affinity and its Service Providers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, display, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe. In addition to the foregoing licenses, you hereby grant both Affinity and its Service Providers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, display, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials in connection with other web sites that make use of services provided by Affinity's Service Providers. You warrant that all so-called "moral rights" in those materials have been waived.By comparison,
www.rvnetwork.com (Escapees) doesn't even mention who "owns" user content in their Terms, while
www.irv2.com only claims a "limited" use:
By posting content on the Websites, you also grant, and warrant that you have the authority to grant, the Company a limited license to display, reproduce, modify, and use any text, image, video, music, or any other content that you post on the Websites.Mmmmmm . . .
