If you just need registration in any state call their DMV. They will tell you exactly what you need to do to register in their state. Most states requre that you be a resident of that state and have an address. There are a couple of organizations, one in Texas and one in SD that help full timers in those states set up residents and register. Sounds like you are trying to side step the rules. Certainly not recommended.
