Why not? As I have repeatedly said, if you KNOW the applicable laws, and OBEY the laws, and DOCUMENT your compliance with the laws, you will have NO trouble!
As for a physical address, just go to the UPS store, rent a PMB, and your address becomes the street address of the UPS store, as in:
Joe Doaks
1234 Any Street
PMB X442
Anytown, Anystate, 59187-1234
You can use that address on your vehicle registrations, your driver licenses, whatever you need to use it for.
When you move to another location, simply call the UPS store and change the address where your mail is to be forwarded.
We did it for three years, while we moved every 13 weeks. It worked great.
