RV Purchase Question

Purely a personal choice. There are pros and cons to each. If you move often, perhaps a MOHO would better meet your needs. If you are in one place for longer periods of time, a 5th wheel might be a better choice with it's homier style and more floor plan options. With a MOHO, living quarters are readily accessible and constantly climate controlled. With a fiver, you'll have to move about from the truck to the hot or cold 5er between destinations. You'll more than likely need a tow car with a MOHO. So, you'll have the expense of 2 drivetrains, their maintenance and insurance. Consider carefully, as neither will meet all desires and it gets expensive to change.
