Sold house in one day

Closing is done and we are now into the next chapter in life. Thanks for all of the kind wishes.

Congrats on the quick sale of your home. What a difference from just a few years ago where we had soon to be full timers agonizing how long it was taking to sell their home.

Closing is at 11:00 am tomorrow. We are moved in to our trailer at our owner owned campsite at an RV resort. First trip is next week down the smokies for a couple of weeks. Then heading out west to travel Colordo and Utah for a few months and then down to Phoenix for the winter. Back to our campground next April. Then who knows.

Congratulations on your quick sale. We hope to see you on the road.

We did our closing by mail. It was scheduled for 5/24 and I got a wire transfer notice from my bank at 10;30 on the 24th. Money in account!!!

Good News. We were always warned that until they signed the papers at closing, that there were no guarantees.
