We stay in Mesa Arizona for the winter, there are many parks to choose from with all the amenities anyone could want. They average about 650 a month plus electric which we spend about 60 a month. It may get down to 35 degrees once in a while but it has been pretty rare the last 15 years. Tucson will get 15 to 20 degrees colder as it is a higher elevation. If that is too cold then Yuma would be your best Arizona bet. The Mesa and Phoenix parks will fill up quickly in Feb with all the MLB spring training fans coming to town. The biggest difference between Arizona and Florida is the humidity about 20% in AZ.
