I am not surprised. I bought an 06 Aspect (24 ft). Guess what I found when I took the TV out? 75% of the brackets had the bolts off. 2 were a royal pain cus where they were located. I put lock washers and nylon nuts on all I could. Thought I took care of the squeak. Wrong, still got one somewhere. I noticed that the brackets are riveted in thru the roof. Will check to make sure they are all tight.
You state there was a bracket(s) between the cab roof and the plywood that the TV sits on, or they the brackets on the side opening?
The plywood that forms the base of the cabinet has a bracket pop riveted to the roof of the cab. It is in the center. I grabbed the cabinet to the right of the
tv and shook it. I noticed the wood frame that holds the tv components on shelves could move side to side. I again used foam to fill in the gaps. They provide
a small hose adapter so you can pin point without making a mess. Using rubber gloves I smoothed out the foam. Keep in mind the foam grows as it dries.
I drove the coach to a neighbors home for storage and didn't notice the squeak. Also if you have large speakers on the side of the cabinets pop off the
speaker covers, they are held on by velcro, and inspect the metal bracket screwed onto the side of the coach. You will need to unscrew the speakers NBD.
There is a massive amount of unsecured cables, wires etc in the nose. I used wire loom, tie raps and water pipe insulation wrap to secure the wires and to
avoid any tapping.
