Other than THIS SRW 19' (maybe a true 20' or 21') rig with a cab-over bed that Cruise America rents out with NO slide out, I never seen a class B+ or C at 19 feet long. At least not in many years, and then surely without a slide out.
The Phoenix Cruiser 2100 is 21'-7" long and it is offered with and without a slide out. I am sure there are other brands to be found. For a couple, I personally would like the 2100 if it had a cab-over bed to avoid set-up and tear-down once each per day. I feel the 2100 without a slide out is ideal for a single person. Just make the dinette a day bed and you are all set up for all needs day and night. If special ordering, you could request the couch be replaced with a nice recliner, likely at no additional cost.
