2000 Minnie Winnie 23 Opinions

Still looking for a shorter class C. This 1 has only 19000 miles on it. The underside looks new & the exterior looks good. Tomorrow will see inside & possibly drive.
Don't know the previous owners it is on a lot.
Anyone have experience with these?
Asking $17,900.
