2002 Dodge Pleasure Way seats

I have a 2002 dodge pleasure way. I am 5'8" and I am finding the driver's seat very uncomfortable. I believe it is too high and to get it into a position where I fell comfortable driving it I have no back support. The back of the seat seams to have a limited adjustment.

Are there any after market seats anyone can recommend? The seats in my 94 Dodge PW were very comfy.
