can anyone tell me what could be wrong, my coach steering is real hard to turn to left hydrulic fluid is on add mark but should have enough

My steering column and linkages have 3 grease zerks. Perhaps yours need some grease?

did this occur suddenly? Do you recall hitting anything that possibly bent the steering linkages? This could cause binding in 1 direction.

if fluid level doesn't help and you did not hit anything to cause bent suspension...most likely a control valve problem in the steering gear box

Maybe the "add" mark is a tad too low...Dennis

for your own peace of mind and to eliminate a possible cause, add fluid to the full mark and then test the steering again
