2006 Pace Arrow 37C Dinette Question

Hello all! We are considering trading our 2004 Damon for a 2006 Pace Arrow. The people that had the coach before had removed the booth dinette. Our dealer is offering to put a credenza style table with four chairs which we do like but we are also looking at booth options. Looking at the 2006 Pace Arrow flyer HERE, the booth dimensions are 41"x74". The question I have especially for anyone that has this model; Even though it says 41"x74" the couch next to it in the same slide says 51.5"x71.5" so can a new booth be larger like the couch so instead of 40 or 42" could we go with a 48" deep booth?
