Ask for all the service records and check the dates and mileage of service. See if the unit has all the owners manuals with it. There should be one for the engine, trans, frame builder, coach builder and one for every appliance or add on. That will give you a good sense of how it has been cared for as well. As said above, with any problems or repairs that might be needed should reflect in the offer. Good luck.
