It's time to replace the Chassis battery's on my coach. What brand and type of battery's would you recommend? They have never been replaced before.

I like Kirkland signature from costco.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

The Built on Freightliner info for your coach calls for Two 760 CCA @ 0oF (-18oC); maintenance-free (group 31) batteries for the chassis. More CCA would be even better.

Looks like I included to link for the 2007 Discovery by mistake. Here's the correct 2008 Discovery Built on Freightliner info. The battery info above is correct.

Had a hard time deciding to go back with Interstates that only lasted ten years.:B I actually put them in a 24V machine to see how much longer they will last.
Even main free have caps that will let you add a little water every two years.

I found my best deal at Freightliner shop, forget what I paid, price was right. I got 2 group 31 950 CCA maintenance free batteries for my 08 Discovery. I went maintenance free because of the crappy access.

I replaced my engine batteries with Interstate.
I replaced my coach batteries with Costco 6 volts. I'm happy with the results with both.

Do you belong to a buying club? Hard to beat Sams or Costco.
I would add a Profill System while your at it.

If you got 6-7 years out of the current ones, why not replace them with the same ones?
