I have owned mine for two years now. The floor plan works for us, small enough for just my wife and has enough room for when the teens come along.I have no desire to own an RVmuch bigger. We did have some issues that were taken care of and Fleetwood has been great to work with even after the warranty expired. I would recommend looking into the "cheap handeling fix" for the F-53 chassis. I also installed an Electrical Management System ( Progressive Industries ).
