- LwiddisExplorer IIThe spec sheet I reviewed said this RV has a “Battery Power Converter.” Doesn’t say it comes with an inverter.
- azdryheatExplorerInverters change 12 volts to household current usually to power residential refrigerators on the road. You might have a converter, instead, that changes household current to 12 volt.
- justinhscottExplorerThank you for replying.
I really want info specific to this camper, not general inverter info. - craig7hNomad IIWhen I had my 2017 ACE 29.3 the invertor was underneath the bed. From your last post it sounds like you need to go over to the Thor Forum for you info. https://www.thorforums.com
- way2rollNavigator IIHave you called Thor? They are usually very helpful in answering these questions.
- wildtoadExplorer IIWhat makes you think you have one?

Anyone have one of these and can answer?
Also, what does the inverter power? Specific outlets? Specific devices?
Thank you in advance!
If you indeed have one, they can come in various wiring configurations for the outlets and aren't always as they say.
For instance, ours has whole house pass through outlets, but not so on the list, which specifies only certain ones. Even whole house, doesn't include the AC's and Diesel engine block heater. May also be an extra behind the fridge that isn't inverted.
I'd say that on basic models, they'll be direct, not feed through and probably only for the entertainment areas front and rear for powering the TV, radio, disk player....etc. It's size will be the first clue. - justinhscottExplorerIt is in fact under the bed. Now to figure out what it’s connected to!

According to specs, it’s 1000 W and one major job is the outside fridge. I’m hoping for some outlets and or the main TV.
Thank you for your input! - tropical36Explorer

You should be good to go for the basics then and the entertainment center always comes first.
Not large enough for expecting the Microwave oven to run off of it and probably not for any of the galley outlets, in fact.
