If the availability of diesel is bothering you why not go with a gas engine like the Gulfstream BT Cruisers.
They have better floorplans in about the same length of vehicle IMO. Their shortest is only 22.1'.
The Phoenix Cruisers are available on a gas or diesel chassis (called the TRX) and are well built too. About the same prices as the Winnie.
