22.5" Aluminum Wheel Corrosion

My 2011 Georgetown 350 has corrosion on the wheels due to the center cap rubbing through the clear coat on the aluminum wheels.

Has anyone else had this problem?

If so what can I do to fix or mitigate?

Has anyone gotten any relief on this issue from Ford, Dicor or FR?

are all center caps "after market" and thus these isolators are needed for all >/= 2009 22.5 alum wheels?

I googled the dicor part but got no hits
