Also got quotes around $1000 to remove. We tried it ourselves but after 2 whole days 2 people, lots of cursing and sore fingers we would have paid double that!! We got most of it off except about 12 inches along the bottom then gave up. We used a heat gun on low setting, a plastic scraper and Goo Gone to remove the residue. While we were in Goshen Indiana, we took our rig to Mike's Custom Painting and they removed the rest and repainted the front.
