Loose wire or power short to speaker side
Test it with an external add-on speaker spliced to the wiring at the back of the radio
Try it with key on but engine Not running, no engine no vibration
If it goes on/off when the key is switched, check the wiring harness
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

Probably just a bad wire. Pop the speaker and head unit out and check connections. There really is no reason why engine running would impact speaker operation other than vibrating around possibly.
