I think you will have to remove the plastic shroud up on the roof, and look at the forward driver's side of the unit cabinet for the Model Number. That'll be for the "upper" portion of the entire unit. Take a pic of it, then you'll have all the particulars handy. The "lower" (indoor) part will have its own Model Number.

While you're up there, if you think you'll ever do some of your own trouble shooting and repair, remove the small cover, driver side also, behind where the label with Model is, and take pic of the Capacitors and any Start Assist that might be present.
