I have a 1989 31ft. Fleetwood Bounder. My question is: does anybody know of an interior floor panel above the fuel tank that can be removed to access the top of the fuel tank to inspect the fuel pump and its seal?
It is still worth checking. I had issue with one motorhome, where 120 gallons tank was not easy to drop and to my surprise looking at the closet floor I found access panel.
Dropping the tank is not not that hard.......a floor jack and some scrap lumber is all it really takes......I've done several in my driveway.......

You can cut an access hole above the tank to gain access IF your holding tanks are not sitting on the floor above the tank. Pace arrows (FLEETWOOD) of that vintage have holding tanks mounted above the fuel tank. Tim
I am not aware of any manufacturer that provides a top side access to the fuel tank / pump. Typically you must lower the tank to perform maintenance, such as replacing the in tank pump.
