Check RVSERVICEREVIEWS.com
or take it to a ford commercial truck place near you like http://meadowlandford.com/ - HarvardExplorerBe aware that the Ford specified caster range is about +1.5 to +7.5 degrees. Some alignment techs will want to set the caster at mid range instead of above +5 degrees for best highway driving.
Search for "caster" on this forum for lots of details on the topic. - SarahElizabethExplorerThank you guys so much! bdpreece - That never would have occurred to me - you're great!
- LumptyExplorerI used a truck alignment shop in the Hackensack area, right off of Route 80. Excellent job for a fair price.
- bdpreeceExplorer IINot being from that area I can't help with a service location but I would advise you to try to have it fully loaded water/gas, camping gear, etc. when you get it aligned.
- rockhillmanorExplorerYour Class C is nothing more than a truck. Just go to any truck dealership or truck repair in your town. There is NO need to go to an RV specific shop.
- j-dExplorer IISeveral of us have bought parts from SD Truck Springs on Long Island near Hauppage and Smithtown. I don't think they DO alignments, but might be able to recommend somebody.
- ronfishermanModeratorNot sure what is close to NYC. But Fleet Pride did a good alignment on my MH when it needed an alignment.
