Back won't dump

I have a 2006 Holiday Rambler 40 foot Diesel,
When I get to a camping site I do the "Air Dump"
Front goes down but the rear end just sits there and when I have to lower the jacks (3 point) I have to over extend the front to get level, front to rear, sometimes as much as 4 inches.
Any ideas why the back won't deflate ??
Is there a valve that I can deploy on the back ?
The dash guage showes 20 psi so I know the air is gone.
I tried to measure the height of the back but when the front goes down the back goes up, pivots on the axle.
